Payments must be made using the methods provided on the website or agreed directly with us. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Escape Yoga Retreats does not store full payment card details.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the booking being cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel your booking, any applicable refund will be processed in line with the agreed cancellation policy. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. Where stated, administrative or processing fees may also apply.

Escape Yoga Retreats reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, instructor availability, or insufficient attendance. In such cases, alternative dates or refunds will be offered where appropriate.

By booking a retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to take part in yoga and related activities. You are responsible for informing Escape Yoga Retreats of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to attending.

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You agree to follow guidance and instructions provided by instructors and staff throughout the retreat.

Travel and Accommodation

Unless stated otherwise, travel arrangements to and from the retreat location are the responsibility of the participant. Accommodation details will be confirmed as part of the booking information.

Escape Yoga Retreats is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by travel providers or circumstances outside our control.

Such changes do not automatically entitle participants to a refund unless stated otherwise in the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
